[tex-live] Is there a special Perl module for handling .tpm files?

Well no and yes. THere is Tpm.pm which provides some functionality, but
it is not documented at all and hard to understand, at least for me.

I hacked around TPm.pm quite a lot for getting it to work for the Debian
install scripts.

Then there is tpm-factory.pl which shows the usage of many of the Tpm.pm
stuff.

That's all. My dream still to see a nice module for tpm files, but I am
not the one to write it, not enough experience with perl ... (although,
after writing the tpm->debian perl script I feeling a bit more
confident)
