[tex-live] Ignoring all those binary directories except one or two

    ignore all but a few binaries directories when running "svn update"  
    and even better not have these directories on my system in the first  

1) If you remove the directories, and then simply refrain from running
   svn checkout (or update? not sure) in Master/bin (or above), then
   they shouldn't reappear.

2) If anyone tried it, they didn't report the results, but 
   setting global-ignores in ~/.subversion/config might work.
