[tex-live] orphan file

Hello.

FYI:  Just noticed this.

TeX Live (2007 and current SVN trunk [rev 5752]) include a file named:

	bin/win32/glosstex

The program is part of Volkan Yavuz's "GlossTeX" glossary preparation
system.  However, there are no other traces of GlossTeX in TeX Live.
Missing are the "glosstex" program for the other platforms, the latex
package (.sty) file, the makeindex style (.ist) file, the documentation
files, etc.
