[tex-live] Fwd: gwTeX + LaTeX update: minor incompatibility (?)

    Does anybody know where to report this bug? 

Well, the place to report LaTeX bugs is the LaTeX bugs database,
linked on latex-project.org.

    It seems there is an error in the LaTeX release of earlier this
    year.

My recollection is that dvipdfm.def is not (any longer?) part of LaTeX,
i.e., not generated by graphics-drivers.ins.  I wrote a message about
the confusing situation vis-a-vis the <driver>.def files a little while
ago (met with deafening silence).  So maybe the bug is not in LaTeX?

The dvipdfm.def in TL is dated 1999/9/6, FWIW.
