[tex-live] upgrading Debian packages

Where it is written:
	....(replacing it with your favorite country) to your
		/etc/apt/sources.list file.

So this should be clear.

No, as Frank already answered. And this remark is also not anymore
present on the page above.

Upgrades should now as Debian-smooth as usual ;-) (At least I hope ;-)
