[tex-live] kpathsea.cps in source/texk/kpathsea

    Does the file `kpathsea.cps' intentionally exist in TeXLive's
    source/texk/kpathsea?  It is a generated file...

Well, it is/was intentional.  My idea when I did it, 15 years ago, was
that people might want to reprocess the .texi and why bother making them
regenerate the indexes?  (This is long before texi2dvi/etc. was widespread.)

I don't imagine it serves any purpose now (especially in the context of
tex-live rather than tex-k).  I'll delete it and its ilk.
