If someone wants to create binaries for systems which do not have
fontconfig installed, it shouldn't be too difficult to compile
fontconfig for this system.  The file /etc/fonts/fonts.conf has to be
adapted if necessary.

Anyway, it would be nice if Tim will look into it before TL-2006 will
be released.
