    I have worked through some packages and updated it. 

Fantastic!

    I attach svn status output.

It seems ok.  But in the future, please update/commit one package at a
time, ok?  That makes it easier to track down any problems.
(And also makes problems less likely.)

Oh, I just noticed the very last line:
M      Master/texmf-dist/bibtex/bib/babelbib/babelbibtest.bib

I haven't looked, but this should probably be kept in the
source/latex/babelbib or doc/latex/babelbib dirs, it's probably not
useful for actual users.  (See the specialbib hash in ctan2tds.pl.)

    Not I also fixed the ctan2tl script as MAKEpgf needed a different fix

You mean ctan2tds.pl, I assume.  I'm not surprised.  This kind of thing
is the bane of our existence.

    Some of the packages I didn't update as there were problems those which
    are still open.
