[tex-live] dstroke.map is missing

Hi,

a Debian user just reported that dstroke.map is not included in
TeXlive.  This is still the case in the repository:

http://tug.org/svn/texlive/trunk/Master/texmf-dist/tpm/doublestroke.tpm

does not list stroke.map, although it exists in

http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/doublestroke/

The consequence is that the (installed) Type1 files are not used.  I
think the map file should be included in TeXlive.
