[tex-live] Wrong pgf manual path in texdoctk.dat

Hi there,

pgf 1.0+ changed the location of the manual from
  latex/pgf/pgfuserguide.pdf
to
 generic/pgf/version-for-pdftex/pgfmanual.pdf

This change is missing in texmf/texdoctk/texdoctk.dat (TL 05 as well as
svn).

So I propose to replace the pgf line there with

pgf;User's Guide to the TikZ/PGF
Package;generic/pgf/version-for-pdftex/pgfmanual.pdf;
