my guess is that things will go as last years: manfred will talk to the 
people involved and gets things done (the extras on the dvd)

when the time is there i'll provide couple of links to installers that 
then can be copied on the dvd; plenty of room anyway

(no need to make packages, we can take the installers that are available)
