[tex-live] Ruby interpreter in the TeXLive distribution?

Hello TeXLive maintainers,

I'd like to ask the following question:
ConTeXt has 'migrated' most of its scripts from Perl to Ruby. 
Would it be possible to include Ruby to the TeXLive distribution?
