For those worrying about inclusion of the Utopia fonts in TeX Live:

Sun Solaris 7--10 have the Utopia fonts
in /usr/openwin/lib/X11/fonts/Type1/.

FreeBSD 5.0, NetBSD 1.6, OpenBSD 3.2, Apple Mac OS X, Sun Solaris 10,
and GNU/Linux (several distributions) have them in

Hewlett-Packard HP-UX 10.20 and 11.23 have them in

I no longer have an IBM AIX system to make a check there.

SGI IRIX 6.5 has them with different names:

Compaq/DEC OSF/1 4.0 and 5.1 have them in /usr/lib/X11/fonts/Type1/.

I conclude that pretty much all commercial and free versions of Unix
have the Utopia fonts [someone else on this list, please check IBM

They are not, however, included in the ghostscript font distribution
