Second case, I want an automatic way to get entries in fmtutil.cnf, as
with debian package I am not sure which engines/formats are installed.
Having this information in the buildFormat would be nice.

Or, like wiht language.XX.dat, it would be nice to have
fmtutil.blabla.cnf collected somewhere.

For now I am using the standard fmtutil.cnf without any modifications,
even if some engine is not installed.
