[tex-live] dvipdfmx not linked with zlib

    Doing `dvipdfmx -z9' using the binary from change 7308 I still get

      ** ERROR ** You don't have compression compiled in.
                  Possibly libz wasn't found by configure.

zlib was linked against, but I had neglected to AC_DEFINE the proper
symbols.  Done now, and I no longer get that error.  (Change 7355.)
