[tex-live] libstdc++.so.6

Hi,

Karl and I had a bit of private email about this, it seems the binaries
need a static libstdc++.so to be usable everywhere. This worked for
pdf[e]tex:

  ./Build --with-cpp-runtime-hack

But it seems that the configure from the lcdf_typetools package
doesn't understand that switch.  :-(

That reminds me of something unrelated: Recently, I have had to
make -i world because something in texinfo fails (don't kow how
to make version.texi) Is this known/my fault, or should I attempt
to isolate the error precisely?

Cheers, Taco
