[tex-live] First distro of TL2004 mac OS X binaries from me

This is from source.development @2004/09/17:23:00:00 so I need to do 
this another time later to get the final version. I have updated a 
bzipped tar archive to 
ftp://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/comp/macosx/tl2004-macosx-build.tar.bz2. 
Contains bin, lib, man, in other words, everything created by make 
install.

Which reminds me: are we goiing to fix the inconsistency between bin 
being multiple-architecture while lib is not? It is not that crucial, 
but it has always struck me as a nonperfect situation.
