[tex-live] cont-en symlink to pdfetex?

cont-en is built with -progname=context by fmtutil or texexec. It should
never be used without this switch, so some kind of wrapper is needed.
This wrapper exists (texexec) and it does not need the symlink.

So, to avoid some user error, texlinks does not create links for the
cont-?? formats.
