[tex-live] pdf*tex manpages

in the texlive tree there are several pdf*tex.[man|1] files; just two of
them,

Master/texmf/doc/man/man1/pdflatex.1 (anyway wrong, no ref. to latex)
Master/texmf/doc/man/man1/pdftex.1

are obsolete versions still based on my .m4 file. Olaf, please replace
by your current versions. Also, please take note of a bug report
regarding the pdf*tex manpages, see:
