[tex-live] even more final images

Staszek found a problem in the installer that would have messed the
gust, xml, and context schemes, so I fixed that and rebuilt the images
for the (I dearly hope) last time.

know if problems/suggestions ...

Please continue to keep the hierarchy (except source.development)
frozen, in case there's other last minute fixes, and while I set things
up at sarovar, etc.
