[tex-live] mathematica support?

    Now version 5 is the actual Mathematica release and I'm 
    still using version 4 so I cannot use the TL distribution if the newest 
    ones are included.

... or (presumably) the current support in TL, which is for version 3.
(Or so the tpm file stated.)

So I deleted the mma support.  Always happy to make the distribution
smaller :).
