[tex-live] texexec can't find texexec.pl

    I don't see why it fails.

Does it fail for you, too?  Maybe it's another build problem.

For me, 
kpsewhich -progname=context -format='other text files' texexec.pl,
which I see now is what texexec actually does, returns empty.

The problem appears to be the -format, as it finds the file with just
-progname=context.

I suppose it's all about the texmfscripts stuff.  Frightening.
