[tex-live] New IRIX binaries submitted.

        New binaries for IRIX 6.5.  You need to have patch 5377 installed
        on IRIX 6.5.18 or older in order to be able to run these.

This patch installs the MIPSpro 7.4 runtimes needed by the C++-based
binaries.  If this is considered unacceptable, I can recompile with
older compilers/libraries.  Otherwise we may want this added to the
release notes.
