Hello,
it runs nicely here. Looks like some misconfiguration in your installation.
What gives 
	kpsewhich CJK.enc	
	kpsewhich CJK.sty 
?
Is CJK in your TEXMF tree? Where is CJK.enc found, after you type it in?
Is the error message correct? It can't find CJK.en (?)
