[tex-live] TL packages

I have just spent many hours updating TeX Live from CTAN, and I am now 
moderately
up to date. If people on this list would like to start checking up, I'd 
be very glad.

The following packages are not updated, because I don't feel strong enough
to look at them and understand what they are etc. are they exciting?

 acrotex arabtex bardiag barr bibweb cheq chroma cm-lgc cmastro
 easylatex euroitc eurosans grkfinst latexmk makecirc metatex
 mimetex ntgclass ofntinst png2pdf psgreek psnfss-source slantsc

is ArabTeX free of license problems now?
