[tex-live] Permissions of texk/xdvik/xdvizilla are wrong.

Unfortunately they're wrong in my CVS master on sourceforge (for
some reason); fixing that would require submitting a support
request to the SF team, which I'd rather like to avoid if there's
an easy way around it (I had hoped a quick chmod at install time
would be harmless ...)
