[tex-live] compiling on alpha, problem mit configure in lcdf-typetools

Once again ... I have applied my fix-eol.bat script on all the files I
have submitted. I'm afraid I didn' touch at all this file. What could
have happen how ever is that it got converted in my back because I'm the
one who uploaded the whole lcdf tree. The problem is that we can't
remove ^M from all the files in the source tree. Some of them need them.
