[tex-live] e-TeX 2.2 schedule update

I think you have the changes and can estimate how much problems we will
get. Are there any serious changes, making pdfetex or latex (which is
driven by etex) even *probably* unuseable?

If this would be the case, I would wait until release. If the changes
are not that intrusive or dangerous, I would merge it in together with
the fixes for the array bug. We are still not finished with building
binaries, so one more round is no problem.
