[tex-live] [OT] ctan announce mailing list change email lost

Sorry for the off topic, In the course of the ctan ann mailing list
change I made the requested confirmation, but before the email adress
was corrected to mailman and got an response from majordomo.

But I lost the original message and the confirm code is now invalid, so
please can someone tell me the web address of the confirmation.
