[tex-live] unix binaries

Hi!

i just compared the sets of unix binaries... the following are ok:

alpha-linux
i386-freebsd4.8
i386-linux
i386-openbsd3.3
i386-solaris2.8
mips-irix6.5
powerpc-aix4.3.3.0
sparc-solaris2.7

the following are not ok:

1) sparc64-linux

  * need to be removed: mfw (it has been replaced with mf)

2) powerpc-darwin6.6

  * need to be removed: pdfelatex

  * not present elswhere: ttf2tex (to be removed or to be put to other
    unix dirs)

  * the following scripts differ from other architectures (need to be
    updated):

    epstopdf
    fmtutil
    mktexfmt

  * the set of alt* scripts is different from other subdirs
