[tex-live] tldoc near finish

I remade tldoc for czech&slovak, russian and polish
and submited also preliminary version of tldoc/deutsch/

I spent many hours to help Volker, but cannot find what's
wrong when producing html version (pdf is OK):
1. tex4ht somehow does't like \toprule \midrule \bottomrule in tables,
   so I changed all to \hline (only Volker used that).
2. "warningbox" environment failed only for german version, so for a 
   moment I simply removed it for html version. I'm too tired now.

Can anybody try Build/cdbuild/tldocsource/deutsch/live.tex
Perhaps warningbox should be somehow redefined just for german version...
We should finish right now and there is no time for changing tex4ht.
Please help.
