[tex-live] Problems with windvi

Did you upgrade to ghostscript 8.00 ? In that case, you need to use a
newer windvi available at :

ftp://ftp.dante.de/pub/fptex/standalone/

Unzip it under "c:\Program Files\TeXLive".
