[tex-live] support and texmf cleaning

Sebastian,

I've made some cleaning in /support and /texmf (#2978, #2979):
dcpic is just update (smaller ;-) of the existing package;
the same with preview.zip. preview-latex.zip contained redundant
tar.gz from soft link, please use zip -y to avoid storing referenced 
files. .tpm files updated, but lists not.
