[tex-live] xdvi and postscript fonts question (addendum)

This should not be necessary. For me, the map files provided by teTeX just
work fine for xdvi. Anyway, if xdvi has a problem with ptmb7t (rather than
ptmb8r), then it is an issue of virtual fonts, not of map files.
