[tex-live] Can anybody remember what timestamps texinfo needs?

Where do you sync from? I have only changed source.development. For me,
it works:
  rm -rf /t/texlive/Build/source.development/TeX/utils/texinfo; p4 sync -f /t/texlive/Build/source.development/TeX/utils/texinfo/...
  cd /build/X
  /t/texlive/Build/source.development/TeX/utils/texinfo/configure ; make

No invocation of autoconf / automake.
