[tex-live] musixlyr for TeX-live

So why it is not on CTAN? 
It can go to:
texmf/tex/generic/musixlyr/musixlyr.tex
texmf/doc/generic/musixlyr/mxlyrdoc.tex|dvi README
(perhaps without COPYING; we have it everywhere).
