info is perfectly happy with any terminal library, all it needs is
tgetent and the other basic termcap stuff.  If it's trying to link with
ncurses, then its configure must have detected that ncurses exists.

However, I see no harm in dropping texinfo on i386-solaris.  Actually, I
see no harm in dropping texinfo completely from TL, it seems to cause
more trouble than anything else, although I've never understood why.
