[tex-live] Repeated request: correct entries for xmltex in fmtutil.cnf (and for jadetex too)

Not here. elatex and pdfelatex work, latex/pdflatex do not. Stymied 
error.

This is of course because my fmtutil.cnf still uses tex for latex 
instead of etex. And I'll have to change that for all users of my dist 
(ugh).
