[tex-live] dvips problem TL 7 windows

The version I've just created using my linux setup I get:

%%BeginSetup
%%Feature: *Resolution 600dpi
TeXDict begin
%%BeginPaperSize: a4
a4
%%EndPaperSize
 end
%%EndSetup

which is perfectly ok, but the file created under windows used

%%BeginSetup
%%Feature: *Resolution 600dpi
TeXDict begin
A4size
 end
%%EndSetup

I'd better have a look at his system tomorrow, something is completely
wrong here. Might be some package.
