source.development has a bug fix to dvips, a later unstable pdftex,
omega 1.15, and a rearranged layout

I think you are doing the right thing, concentrating the 
Omega CVS on stuff that is Omega specific. that should merge
into a TeX Live setup with no problems at all.

ignore the talk of source.development. that is a texlive
play area. look at the main texmf tree, and the //depot/Build/source
tree. that is currently the latest of everything (except
dvips and pdftex).
