[tex-live] Omega 1.15

Thomas,

I just learned perforce enough to sync my tree to the latest revision
before Thomas backup to Omega 1.15. But would you please consider doing
this 1.15 thing on a branch and leave the Perforce equivalent of the trunk
to be 1.23?

I'm drafting a method for Omega development, and without TeXLive being 
the latest thing, I'm in hell (together with others who have just been 
given CVS commit access to Omega).
