[tex-live] VARTEXMF\web2c

Hello Fabrice,

I do not know, whether the mktexfmt.exe is synchronized
with mktexfmt. So I repeat the bug report I have send
to Thomas:

The environment variable VARTEXMF points to an
empty directory. Then a pdftex run fails, because
a format cannot be generated. The cause for this is,
that the directory %VARTEXMF%\web2c does not exists.

Thomas has fixed this problem for the unix script
by generating web2c if it is not exist.
