[tex-live] A plea for shared libraries of libkpathsea

Hi!

Please build and include shared libraries of libkpathsea into TeX live.

Why?:
$ ldd /usr/bin/ctangle
        libkpathsea.so.3 => not found
        libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x40023000)
        /lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x40000000)
$

This is debian 3.0 woody with the ctangle/cweave package. Unfortunately
these packages are build with shared libs of libkpathsea.
