[tex-live] May 19th fin de partie

I am now making the almost-final TeX Live 7 CD images. 

To repeat what I said yesterday

 - TeX Live 7 is now closed for development
 - documentation updates are allowed for the next 5 days
 - serious bugs can be reported, and we can consider
   fixing them in 5 days time
 
any reports from testing should relate only to the images
dated May 19th, please!
