[tex-live] NT Emacs on recent image

By the recent image I mean the one which served as the basis for the
beta CD distributed at BachoTeX.

Also there has been significant improved, the font-locking still does
not work in LateX mode, probably because some AUC TeX compilation
problem (the simplest workaround is to remove *.elc files).

I understand Sebastian solved already this problem for TEI-Emacs, so
please include his fix on TL7.
