It seems that the newest convert (from ImageMagick 5.4.4)
no more accepts -transparency as an alias to -transparent color,
so the line in tex4ht.env:
Gconvert -crop 0x0 -density 110x110 -transparency '#FFFFFF' tex4ht.ps %%3
should be changed to:
Gconvert -crop 0x0 -density 110x110 -transparent '#FFFFFF' tex4ht.ps %%3

It works also with older versions of convert (checked on 4.2.0 ;-)
The above can also be added to tl bugs, if someone wish doing that.
