[tex-live] [TL7] Bug: ukhyphen.tex is searched, but ukhyph.tex is provided

can you elucidate? what are the $FORMAT.ini-files you refer to 
here?

but you right, there should be an entry in texmf/aliases,
as there is for other hyphenations
