[tex-live] [TL7] Bug: ukhyphen.tex is searched, but ukhyph.tex is provided

When the uk-english option shall be installed, all
$FORMAT.ini-files try to include ukhyphen.tex which can not be
found. The installed file is ukhyph.tex :-(

P.S.: I had somehow selected jadetex also. The format generation
      looped trying to generate jadetex.fmt, which failed (see
      above).
