With regard to ltxmisc: the image is ok insofar it reflects 
the contents of the Master tree. The problem is that there 
is no ltxmisc in Master/texmf.

As for Books directory... I found two images in tlprod area:

  date         file                                      size
  Apr 3 17:43  tlprod/Images/texlive-20020403.iso.bz2    647 mb (iso)
  Apr 3 16:47  tlprod/texlive2-20020403.iso              655 mb

The latter has no Books - this directory is explicitly excluded
in 'makeimage' script. However, why should Books be necessary for 
the installation?
