Now "CyrTUG" is annuled, unfortunately, but there is a new informal group
"CyrTeX". The mailing list is

CyrTeX-en@vsu.ru

It is necessary to mail to CyrTeX-en-on@vsu.ru for subscribe on
CyrTeX-en@vsu.ru
and then to confirm it.
